    There's a large selection of breakfast options available (both Indonesian and western food). The hotel staff was really friendly and spoke English. You get two free bottles of water in your room everyday which we gratefully used. The wifi connection was great and quite fast in our room.

    Breakfast was fantastic, with Indonesian food and international, plenty of fruit and vegetables. Rooms and toilets confortable. Free transfer service to Kota. A special thanks to the frontdesk manager and to Monique. She explained about dinner possibilities. This young girl will make a career.

    Very friendly staff. We only had 100000 bills and they gladly exchanged it to smaller bills. Free water bottles every day. One day we left our room very late and we put the 'don't disturb' sign at our door. In the evening when we were back there was a note where they said they couldn't clean the room because of the sign and if we wanted cleaning staff we could still call. This is very attentive. When I come back the only thing I would request is a room at the back side. Overall, very good experience.
