The staff were friendly and spoke good English. The bed was very comfortable and the pull-down privacy screen was nice. It was very clean.

manager Andrew was on top of his proffesion he went out of his way to make sure whatever you ask or want is fulfilled, helped me with my 3 huge bags ...he explained all kinds of city attractions and answered all hundred qestions I had with smile and patience...I like Karina manager for her descipline style after 11pm it was nice relaxing atmosphere...nobody were loud she ensured that it is quite time ( I like it very much), Olga was sweet helpful girl but I had liitle misunderstang with her about air-conditioning. View from 43rd floor is spectacular, comfortable spaces to seat or lay around to enjoy the view...huge tv with my favourite youtube....oh showers are just like in "four season" hotel...such huge amount of water per second is defenatly a luxury for a hostel in the center of Moscow, however 2 days out of 12 days I stay there was no water in a shower ...maybe because it was in high demand i entire 56 floor building...I dont know but it was no fun...

Wonderful panoramic view from the chill zone. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great atmosphere. Just next to several metro stations, which gives a great and fast access to almost every place across the city. It was a pleasure to stay in this comfortable and modern hostel.
