    Very laid back. Once you are in, you feel you are home. No one actually bothers you and very helpful if you ask them.

    The layout, gardens and onsite facilities at the resort are great (and very clean). Although it was fully booked, we never had the sense that it was overcrowded. We had dinner one evening at the Sunset restaurant which was lovely and we would recommend. We left feeling more rested than when we arrived, which is mission accomplished!

    Staff very friendly, polite and nice specially María from the main restaurant, Marzena from the bar, and Erika and Leonil from the Lefko restaurant! Bangaloo with sea view was just perfect located, where I could see the sun rise and set, and few steps from the relaxing pool for adults only (that was calm and really relaxing)! Room was very clean and nice decorated! Breakfast was very good and also the food in the main restaurant and Lefko Restaurant, where I had 3 times dinner because I loved the food!

    Would definitely rate this high in terms of a family friendly resort. The facilities there was stunning, attention the essential needs in every aspect for a visiting family has been given importance. The staff there were very friendly and helpful. Of the hotels and resorts I have visited, this certainly stands out in terms of the restaurant.. usually it will be more or less the same of kind of food every day.. however not the case here. We only choose the option of bread & breakfast, but occasionally tried the main restaurants during the dinner - the food was awesome with a wide range of options and varieties every day. There are also couple of private dining restaurants at the hotel which we didn't try. The hotel also has a number of swimming pools for both children and adults.
