    The property was beautifully finished and very clean. Great shower, comfortable bed & lots of little extras which was lovely. The air con was brilliant, and took no time to kick in, essential after a long day walking in the heat! Anna and her colleague were both very pleasant and Anna was very helpful with places to visit and restaurants to try. We ate lunch in MOG which is a great food court and bar, a great social space. Then one night we ate at Rosmarino just by the Piazza Ferrari, which both Anna and others had recommended- it was very nice and very busy, they turned people away all evening, so booking is definitely best. Breakfast was pleasant, served with other guests around a big table. You could help yourself to juices, focaccia, yoghurts etc and Anna was on hand making coffee, as many as you’d like! Overall a very nice place to stay, out of the hustle and bustle.

    The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The WiFi network was super fast, the mini bar was very cheap and with a little of everything. The owner was super nice and help us a lot! If you want a Great experience in Genoa this is the pace to stay.. You have condiciones of a 5 star hotel with a very small price. The breakfast was great!

    We want to thank Anna for being very friendly and kind to us. The hotel is really great - 10 of 10! Very cozy and clean, and amazing homely breakfast with focaccia! Very good addition to beautiful Genova!

    The room was quite quiet and large enough. But the toilette, even though very clean, was a bit weird (there is a step to go up to the toilette).

    The available choice for breakfast was excellent. There was selection of fruit, outstanding coffee (espresso, cappuccino, etc.). The location was perfect, quiet environment. Enough space in the room (not too small as in many hotels).

    Refurbished flat on one of the top Genoa streets. The interior is lovely and the landlady was very concerned with my wellbeing.
