    I got an early check in as early as 12pm! (normal checkin hour is at 2pm) thank you to the chinese receptionist lady (forgot her name sorry) who work that shift . the room got almost everything including iron, hairdryer and etc

    1. Breakfast spread was decent. The nasi lemak and kari ayam, roti jala and roti kaya were very nice. 2. Good location 3. Friendly staff

    The staffs are polite and friendly. Receptionist Amir and a girl who check out my room they are polite. There are two trainees or new staffs i think are polite too. They greet and smile to us when they first see is gave me a very good impression. Chin and Aaron. The call centre is also polite because i requested for late check out and they answered in the polite way. The concierge and bell team are best. Good staff training provided.

    a bit old , but cozy ,very spacious room, good city view. Nice breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Friendly staff at reception, let me check-in a bit earlier and had room of choice for me available .
