To be honest, everything. Owner was very kind and warm-hearted, treat us like family members and took care about everything in no time. A lot of complimentary snacks and drinks on arrival was very pleasant. Large house meant no incommodity for two pairs. Villa is stuffed with almost everything we needed. Nice salt-water pool and parking for a car or two bikes inside the terrirory. Outside surveillance makes us feel safe. Great cleaning service included.

Clean property, 2 separate bedrooms, stocked kitchen, lounge room and gorgeous pool. Provided coffee, tea, milo and cereal and milk. Had an abundance of water, soft drink and beer(husband was happy) provided complimentary in the fridge. Also provided snacks such as chips, peanuts and noodles all complimentary. They also provide a small medical box with bandaids, antiseptic, electrolytes, panadol etc. If you need a car or bike/scooter to get around you can arrange with Tik who was extremely helpful and was reasonable with price. The beds were comfortable. Tik does offer cleaning services if you would like and does an exceptional job. We were very impressed with her service. Pool has jets and a water feature, and a lovely seating area.

الفيلا نظيفه وحلوه ومرتبه ماينقصك ولا شي بس اشتر اكل اذا حاب تطبخ لانها بعيد عن الباتونق فيها انترنت ونت فلكس وفيها سيكلين تقدر تأجرهم Very nice and clean villa, u dont need anything just buy ur food to cock if u want because its far from patong street half hour nd taxi charge alot! There are two bike for rent u can use them Special thanks to miss tik u r awsome

L'accueil bien sûr, formidable ! Le frigo et les placards de la cuisine bien remplis et compris dans le prix, toutes les facilités (parasol, parapluie et oui les 2 sont utiles..., natte pour la plage, nombre de serviettes difficile de tout lister !)

Der Service von Tik der Hoisekeeperin. Hammer. Eine Whatsapp und paar Minuten später da. Einer der gemieteten Scooter hatte nen Platten, welchen wir auf eigene Faust reparieren lassen haben, Geld hab es postwendend von der Unterkunft zurück. Der Pool war ein Traum. Salzwasser und die Wasserqualität der Wahnsinn. Die Betten u d Schlafzimmer, Badezimmer, Küche....Es hat an nichts gefehlt und war von allerbester Qualität. Geschlafen wie ein König. Der Kühlschrank war bei unserer Ankunft voll mit Getränken und Snacks, alles Gratis und im Preis mit drin. Wäsche kann man dort auch super Waschen. Transfer vom Rassada Pier zur Unterkunft 650Baht wurde auch vorab organisiert u d lief einwandfrei. Top Fahrer und Fahrzeug. Ebenfalls der Transfer von Unterkunft zum Flughafen für 1250Baht. Jederzeit wieder....Diese Villa und Tik waren Bombe 👍

Villa è bellissima e pulitissima, con due camere con bagni separati, ideale anche per 2 famiglie. È in una zona tranquilla, c'è a disposizione una macchina o scuter a pagamento. Bisogna spostarsi sempre in macchina che non si arriva a piedi a nessuna spiaggia. Noi ci spostavano sempre con taxi che organizzava la signora Tik. I costi per arrivare alle spiagge più belle sono circa 15-20€. Signora Tic è una persona meravigliosa, molto disponibile che ha fatto di tutto per rendere la nostra vacanza speciale. Potevamo cenare in casa che la signora Tic ci portava il cibo pronto dai ristoranti di zona.
