    Muy comodo excelente servicio, y hasta he sido ubicado en una excelente vista. Ademas por motivos y problemas personales el staff me ha dado una atencion especial que no puedo comparara.

    Great location right across the beach, pretty cool pool, kind staffs, clean and cozy room! I requested the ocean view room before we got there because we had to book a partial ocean view due to the full booking for full ocean view room and they said that they will try their best to make it and they really made it! They upgraded our room to fully ocean view room and that room was fantastic! Great staying here such a happy memory!

    A truly amazing ocean-view (15th floor). Spacious and excellently equipped rooms. Very good beach. Polite staff. Perfect location right in the heart of the city. And we also recommend hotel's restaurant for breakfasts and lunch/dinner. Worth the money

    The staff were all amazing, helpful and always smiling. Cannot fault the hotel in any way, we had a fabulous time. Room was great, bed very comfortable. The food and cocktails were also great. This is one hotel we would definitely return to.

    We were upgraded to Club Lounge access - Nathalie, Phuong and Phuong could not have been more helpful/friendlier. All the staff very cheerful and keen to help. Very nice private beach area across the road (don’t be fooled by the zebra crossing - it’s completely ignored !) Excellent buffet breakfast - the extra cost for this was discounted - so worth asking. Nice pool area although mainly in the shade for a few hours. Nice big comfy bed in our room. Would definitely go back.
