    The pool is breathtakingly beautiful. The rooms are spacious and luxurious. Good finish on the hotel. The mercado is a great plus, things here are cheaper than the bar! The staff were very friendly and professional. There are various options for food at the hotel, I don't eat fish but I heard the Sea Shack is fantastic. They rent bikes out to you so no risk with renting them from a stranger. They were very accommodating when we asked them to book us another hotels restaurant one evening.

    Almost no kids, luxury, fantastic swimming pool, amazing rooms and bed in particular. Attention to the Birthday guest.

    Everything was perfect except for 2 things, sea water color and an accident that happened when the housekeeping girl broke a bottle of wine that I brought. I got it replaced with another half the value. It’s a totally understandable accident and the poor girl was very sorry I hope the management didn’t go too hard on her but I expected them to give me some options to choose from. Anyway not a big deal, staff was great.

    The hotel staff, waiters, GM were all lovely and made our experience very comfortable from start to finish. The pool area is very relaxing and well-maintained, and the beaches are clean and have white sand. Rooms are clean and fresh, food is great, and easy to book activities, overall we had a wonderful time! There is a very cool rooftop bar on top of the hotel that just opened and has a great view of sunset. The best part for us was the hotel staff at Sea Shack. My husband and I fell in love with this green sauce they served, and our waiter actually got the recipe from the chef, and typed it up with instructions for us so we could make it at home. Absolutely a 5-star experience with the best staff! We will definitely be back. :)
