    Staff are very polite very helpful all of them are smiling and they can do anything to make you feel relax i thank mr Taylor Jeong and his frind for kind cooperation also I thank the staff who clean the room and in the reception

    Nice location actually within the Coex complex. Easy parking and this time a perfect check-in...have been here before and concluded that a previous check-in glitch was probably a one-off 'issue'. Also subway access is in the same complex, so you have 1000 km of subway line right at your 'doorstep' and every corner of Seoul is within easy reach. Have been here before and will be back. A very well equipped and larger gym - one of the nicest I have seen in Korea - is a bonus for this hotel.

    Meet & Greet was excellent, all of the staff were polite, welcoming and courteous. Room size, facilities excellent. Breakfast, room service food and Lounge meals were excellent

    I liked the electronic toilet-beddit and the warm water and ring. I liked the waking call service. They would send someone to wake you up by person if you don't pick up the second reminding call.
