    The location is beautiful and quiet. The bus and Hampstead Heath (enormas park) are at your front door. The tube is a entertaining and enjoyable 15 minutes. The breakfasts were perfectly cooked, and you simply filled out your order from the menu the night before and in the morning everything was finished perfectly. Very nice! Rosy the host was beautiful, very happy to help, and very thoughtful. It was an excellent stay. Myself and another couple extended our stays. I would not hesitate to book again next time i was in london.

    I loved the host Rosy who is so friendly but allows your own space too. Bed was supremely comfortable and shower powerful. Room marvellous with space to hang clothes, tea and coffee provided, bed time lamps make for cosy, easy reading.

    The location is great, the place is beautiful and very comfortable. Rosie was amazing dry helpful during booking and through out our stay. I would stay here again if I was going to London

    If you want to stay in a beautiful, Arts & Crafts, Cottage-style, traditional English B&B, Iolanthe is the place for you. Only disadvantage I could see was it’s a bit of a walk to the Tube, but you can always take a taxi 😀

    Very tasty breakfast (egg dishes or english breakfast). Lovely quiet location in leafy residential area. Rosy was very accommodating host with respect to arrival time and provided lots of info in advance via my questions via email. Nice to chat to other guests at breakfast - homely. Very cosy and atmospheric - sense of generation of family who has lived there. Loved the fact that we on the door step to the hamsted heath extension park and could walk through to the connected main hamsted heath,
