    Delicious and unusual options on dinner menu but hotel felt a bit tired and not as plush or mod as I expected it would be. Our TV had burnt out and was not checked and bathroom not as clean as I like. On the plus a dip in the spa pool while pouring with rain around us was good fun.

    Exceptional location, design and layout of the hotel. The Northern Light bar is phenomenal. It was fabulous to enjoy watching the northern lights from the gorgeous geothermal bath. We had a friendly welcome with a glass of bubbles. Staff was very helpful with driving tips to visit the area. Dinner was very good; breakfast OK.

    Great location close to Reykjavik, within the Golden Circle of natural beauties of Iceland. Waterfalls, Lake, Natural Parks, Geysers, vulcanoes, etc... are just within 30mn to 1 hour drive. Quiet area by the lake. Nice View on the Nature wilderness. Nice hot pool at the bottom level of the structure.

    The property was architecturally nice. Fancy reception and a nice bar in the front of the hotel. The rooms were clean and nice.

    Beautifully designed hotel. The bar was lovely. We really enjoyed the restaurant both at dinner and breakfast: highly recommended! The pool was a plus.
