    Very friendly and nice staff. The hotel is located in a quiet road of the center of the old quarter. The inhouse travel agency is very supportive and offers reliable travel solutions. Good value for the price, no luxury to be expected.

    Great hotel ! We booked this hotel for our first night of vacation. When we arrived, the staff helped us to manage our trip and book train/bus tickets. The manager is really friendly and is clearly aiming for the best client experience possible. We booked it again a second time during our trip and even got upgraded as there were some vacancies in the hotel. It is very well situated (great restaurant and lake Kiem) just 2 minutes away. If you have any question ask the manager as she can be trusted without a doubt !
