    A perfect place for a short stay-over in Busan. It´s a motel, keep this in mind. Surrounded by any needful stores, shops and other facilities. Korean language skills are useful. Free parking slots. Description fits exactly

    Location and staff(I don't think she speaks English well though..). There are many restaurants nearby.

    The air conditioning unit was nice, and they had an extra fan.

    The staff at the front desk was very friendly and kind! He went out of his way to make us feel welcomed. Room was cleaned and new bath towels replaced everyday.

    The Motel is in serious need of upgrading. There was the typical Old Motel smell. The linens need updating. The decor was old. I really would like to find something good to say about this place. Location is the best thing about this place. I have stayed at places that were cheaper and much better.
