    La atención del servicio. Tuve un problema con la maleta en el aeropuerto y estuvieron pendientes de mi en todo momento. Para cualquier problema se ponian en contacto contigo vía mail rápidamente y te solucionan el problema . De 10.😊

    Se encuentra a unas calles de la linea del metro que conecta con los puntos importantes turiticos de la cuidad. Lugares para comer o beber muy bonitos a la vuelta del hostal. Un lugar muy tranquilo y limpio. Super recomendable 💚

    Tawanna está muy pendiente en todo momento de que la estancia sea perfecta. Además, con la línea 1 de metro hay conexión con todo el centro, la ubicación es perfecta.

    The location is really good. Subway 2 min walking and then it takes 20 min to downtown. Great latin restaurants close to it. Comfortable bed, spacious room, and the noise from the street was not too much for NYC (ear plugs work great). The host is TOP. TV with more channels than you can imagine

    This place comes at a reasonable price at a good location in Harlem. The hosts are really nice and make sure all is clear and always respond very quickly.

    Location in Washington Heights was great. Just a few blocks from a couple of different subway stations so easy to get around. We stayed in room 1A on the ground floor and it was big, spacious and comfortable. Bathroom and kitchen were upstairs, but we always had them to ourselves. Staff was also flexible when we asked if we could leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout time.

    I had a beautifully decorated spacious room (exactly like in the photos) with a comfortable bed. The bathroom and the kitchen, which were shared by 3 rooms only, were always clean. The hotel is conveniently located between 2 major subway lines operating overnight so it was always fast and easy to get anywhere (even when one line was closed for planned works, the other was operating). There are a couple of supermarkets and a few smaller stores close by. The neighborhood seemed safe and lively. The owners were super friendly - they gave all necessary info beforehand and were always checking on me via email.
