Superb location, just above Taipei main station with access to high speed rail, airport mrt, normal mrt and trains. Easy to locate. Just look for exit Y3 (follow signage to Qsquare). The concierge will be on the left, facing the road. Staff are nice and friendly. After checking in, they showed us to the rooms. The lobby to the rooms is located a short walk away (30 meters?). Rooms come with kitchenette and washing machine/dryer.

Location is really good. Its on taipei main station (train station) so you just have to go out and go straight to the entrance to the mall/Q square mall/ train station.

great place, easy to get around. the room was clean and look great. Would come back tomorrow if I could. Hard to find fault. Good speed internet

The location was really convenient. Two bedroom apt with the living room makes bonding much easier.

The location is perfect. close to the train stations and the underground streets. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.

Convenient area with MRT and shopping mall. The staff were very helpful and fast to act when my washing machine was not working properly. The cleaning lady was just making the next room and when I had a problem, she called for help who came within 5 min.

Fantastic location! Not a usual hotel with that kind of facilities like a gym, but has washing machine (with free washing powder available at Level 5 concierge) and kitchenette, on top of the usual expected amenities like coffee/tea/water, slippers, soap etc. Second time staying here, still as good as the last time. I was told the instant coffee provided is awesome too, we even bought a box of the coffee from them!
