The apartment ws spacious, adequately furnished, and well maintained. The daily cleaning service was good, and the amenities were refilled generously. The room has good sunlight (room #401) and in good condition. The access to the bus lines including RenAi was good, and it is a few minutes from subway. For the conferences held in TICC, I guess it is a perfect location. PS: It has an elevator, so no worries for luggage.

I really appreciated the location. Close to 101 tower and you have many local restaurants around. The staff is very nice.

There's a morning market just round the corner. Lots of local produce and food. Nice local vibe in middle of city!

I like the location, 10 mins walk to Taipei 101, and there is a local market in the neighbourhood. The decoration of the room is fine, the place is generally clean, although slightly dusty.

Property itself and amenities are a bit tired but the saving grace is the great service and superb location.

There are three double beds in the apartment and can accommodate larger family. It’s close to Taipei 101 and Xinyi Shopping district if you like to shop.

Location of apartment is superb. 15mins walk to all MRT station, 2 mins walk to bus station and 15 mins walk to Taipei 101. There is a market and assorted foods behind the apartment and finding foods is not a problem
