    The property was perfect. It was well thought through and more than we expected. Far more food supplies than expected. Lots of additional bits.

    This is probably one of the best places we ever been! The house has everything you can imagine.. umbrellas, private kitchen with ALL you could think, tv, a book with sighseen information an many more.. it is super clean, in a very nice farm, and the owner John is so kind!! We definitely recommend this place!

    Amazing, probably one of the best accommodation I’ve ever stayed at. As I travel a lot for work I always try to look for something comfortable and quiet. However, the cottage went beyond any expectation! Thank you, I will definitely be back :)

    Quiet, countryside setting but close to Saffron Walden. The hosts were welcoming and anticipated what a traveller might need. Really friendly and charming.

    Luxurious facilities throughout from the power shower to the comfortable bed and excellently stocked galley kitchen. The location near Saffron Walden and Stansted will make this a favourite for travellers using the airport and visitors to the area. Absolute value for money.

    The room is in a self contained so you can come and go as you pleased without fear of disturbing anyone, lovely hosts, nice view of the garden and neighbouring field, really fresh and clean and they supply everything you could possibly want. The continental breakfast was amazing, you won't be leaving hungry. Without question I would stay again.

    Apologies for such a late review ... Apparently we were Ivy Cottages first guests ....and our biggest regret was only booking one night ...having being first made extremely welcome and feeling like one of the family ..you then discover where you are going stay and cant help thinking i wish i booked a few more nights .,.. never felt so relaxed and comfortable for many years as we did staying here goes without saying ..we need to find a reason to go back .. thanks ..for making out stay so pleasant ,. you have a wonderful place to be
