    We liked everything. Desy was very attentive, friendly and welcoming. The room exceeded our expectations. The roof top terrace is beautiful with stunning views over Belfast. The location is easily assessable to the city centre and the SSE arena. Breakfast was 5 star! Would highly recommend James Clow B&B, will definitely be back

    Beautiful luxurious room,with amazing views. Very welcoming and helpful host. Brilliant central location just a few minutes walk to centre. Excellent communication from host prior to arrival including specific directions to car park. Breakfast was beautiful and relaxing. Overall a brilliant experience.....i just wish we booked it for longer.

    Location was perfect. Easy to find. The most fantastic views from the room. Titanic building, H&W. The Harbour. Room was 5 star. Not a detail misssd. Impeccable taste. Very clean. Superb host. Very helpful in recommending places to go see and where to eat. Superb breakfast. Highly recommend . We will be returning. Thank you Desy & Christina.

    The apartment room was beautifully appointed with amazing views across the dock & city area. Beautifully furnished roomy, sunny & warm. Lovely breakfast & outdoor area with panoramic views. Hosts Christa & Desy were great.
