    The location, view, peace and hospitality were amazing at Jay's. If you travel through Jamaica, the blue mountains are a must. You can make the most amazing hikes and/or just relax and enjoy the great view. The food Jay, his mom or his staff makes is amazing and completes the whole experience. The pick up service from Kingston is also really convenient.

    Wonderfully situated near the Blue Mountain trail, with outstanding hospitality. Easy going, very helpful in every way, great food - also caters for vegans. Very charming place that I easily recommend to others, if they are not looking for luxury. Everyone in the community was very friendly and welcoming. The real Jamaica :) And on top of all, we got to borrow his wonderful dogs for company on the trail.

    Jay was able to arrange for me to be picked up and dropped off in Kingston, which is particularly impressive when you see how deep into the beautiful blue mountains the guest house is - and how rugged the roads. He also arranged a guide to take me on a tiring but 100% worth it hike to the blue mountain peak for sunrise. In between, the guest house was a lovely spot to chill out in, hang out with jay and the other guests and have enjoy some chilled red stripe!

    The area and the view is amazing, the food/jay's coffee is delicious and Jay's famliy is friendly and helpful. We had a great time in the blue mountain region!

    Jay is a really nice host. The place was perfectly located for the peak hike. The food was excellent and the rooms were clean. The view from the house is wonderful. I will keep good memories of this place and the welcoming host. If you want to take a hike in the blue mountains, this is the place to stay !
