    The location, professional staff, very cosy environment. Mouth watering food! I stayed in the junior suite family room.

    The room was big but no enough carpets, and all the staff are not qualified enough to serve guests, no smiles, no greetings when you see any staff in corridors or at any place, they are only walking to do there work and leave, no room service available so dont expect that you will eat after 9 PM

    Nothing at all, food was smelling badly especially turkey meals it is just disgusting, no room service !!!! If u feel hungry at night as the restaurants closes by 9 u have to wait till next day !!! Even getting ice to drink something in your room not available, the beach is 1km far from hotel and no golf carts u have to walk in a very hot sunny whether if u have small kids u will suffer, the photos on booking is deceiving the beach is not near at all. The manager is not a professional guy other wise he would look at these details more than looking for paper feedback from guests he need to put himself in the shoes of a gust. A small tip here the hotel security is to protect your guests and not to protect you keep this in mind"

    The restaurant stuff are very helpful & smiling also the snacks stuff, the room is very nice & its size is amazing I liked the room pool view The resort is full of green areas which is very nice Also the beach is very nice
