    Me encantó estar en Jeeva Santai! Las habitaciones son preciosas, super limpias y con todos los detalles cuidados y las instalaciones excelentes. La piscina delante del mar con las tumbonas y camareros super atentos que te atienden amablemente a todas horas hacen que sea una experiencia maravillosa. Es un sitio perfecto para disfrutar la calma y preciosidad de la isla de Lombok.

    El personal es de 10. De lo mejor que he encontrado en Indonesia. Por encima de la media, resuelven todos tus problemas, incluso me ayudaron con un problema que tuve fuera del hotel.

    Beautiful place. Around 10 villas/rooms in total. Stunning views from the pool and restaurant. Staff were incredibly helpful organising onward travel and even providing a special birthday surprise for my travel partner.

    This resort was truly amazing! It felt like a true home away from home. The turn down service. The glass bottles of water and their environmentally friendly efforts! The restaurant staff (and staff in general) and their efforts to learn your names. They were willing to accommodate my vegan diet with no issues. The entire resort was extremely beautiful, like a jungle oasis. The cute leaving gift at the end! So many little treats throughout the 2 days.

    A wonderful, very peaceful and intimate resort, quite different to the sprawling Jeeva Klui resort that’s nearby— artfully designed with a very personal touch to the service. Sunsets looking out to sea are very special and the villas are incredibly comfortable. You can walk from here to the other resorts along Mangsit beach. Outdoor shower and bath add a real tropical feel.

    Outside the room : the sunset with the swimming pool is the best of all the hotel around and the place is really charming it's like you enter in your little intimacy place without seeing others Inside the room: We have the suite with the private swimming pool and it was really amazing they decorate with some flowers and the bath outside is so relaxing. The staff is really helpful and do not try to charge you more I just appreciate that they were so helpful. Beds confortable

    We had an amazing stay. The staff is super friendly and helps you with everything like renting a scooter, organizing transport or other things. Thank you guys we felt so good while staying with you. The private pool villas are gorgeous and you are really absolutely private. No one can takes a look inside. Food was delicious.

    Beach and pool were lovely. Good decor and well thought out. Rooms were beautiful and the bathroom was a stand out. Turn down service. Free glass bottled water. Complimentary afternoon tea. Good cocktails. All staff were nice and helpful. Restaurant staff were particularly lovely. I was made ginger tea as I had a bad belly from the place before and being checked on how I was doing. Bed was lovely and great sheets. Breakfast was good. Great stay. Very peaceful. Can watch the surfers from the beach loungers.

    Everything was really good, but the staff probably made it. They were always friendly and welcoming, new us by name and were always wanted to engage in conversation which was really nice. Dhoni, Didi and Frank were great and went out of their way to make our stay even better. We stayed in a villa, everything was great, rooms were always spotless and nicely presented. Also we had to go to the doctors and the staff were amazing, sorted everything for us and the manager and supervisor came down to make sure we were ok.
