The aparthotel was as described on the webpage. We took a three-room place for eight nights. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They had a WhatsApp channel that you could contact them at any time of the day for help, fixing something, etc. It was clean and equipped with a washing machine, stove and a small fridge. Besides three rooms, each with a double bed, the living room also had a sofa bed which was good for two people. The cooling system was good. The flat door was really secure and robust. The location was excellent. The hotel itself is located in a narrow alley but you can find almost anything you want in the neighborhood; different types of restaurants. supermarket (if you want to cook by yourself), shops and a huge shopping mall. It has a good access to the metro (ca 15min walk) which is only 1 station away from Taksim Sq.

Location was perfect. The furniture was brand new. And the apartment was very clean. The staff (Onur) was very helpful. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroom. I highly recommend this apartment

Very good location, near a big shopping mall. Staff was very friendly and supportive. I checked in very early in the morning, though official check-in time is 2 pm.
