La habitación era sencilla, limpia y decente, con un buen aire acondicionado. El personal fue muy amable y ayudó en una situación difícil. La comida estaba buena. El WIFI funcionaba solo en el dormitorio pero fue uno de los mejores que tuve en Filipinas.

The lady met us in the middle of the night to show us where the hotel was, if it wasn't for that, we could'nt have found the hotel. She also helped to organize a tricycle to the white beach, as well as a ride and a boatride back to Manila. Also, we were offered a late check out for free since we arrived very late, that was a nice gesture. There was hot water in our room! Rare thing in Philippines. Хозяйка встретила нас посредине ночи чтобы показать путь до отеля, если бы не это, отель самостоятельно мы бы не нашли. Она также помогла организовать трицикл к white beach, и транспорт до порта и билеты на паром до Манилы. Еще она предложила нам поздний чек аут бесплатно, потому что мы заехали очень поздно, это был приятный жест. В нашем номере была горячая вода! очень редкая вещь на Филиппинах.

The property is very clean and well maintained. The staff is very welcoming and kind. Ate Kat (contact person) has been really nice during our stay. She made sure that we get the most out of our vacation. She shared stories about the resort and of course, Galera. She was very hands on. She gave helpful tips such as finding a store that offers cheap “pasalubongs”, transportation wise and things to explore in the place. She even booked us our ferry tickets on our way home, making sure that we will not be stranded and we will get back to Manila on time as expected. The food was great. It was well prepared. The location though was far from the center but, definitely this is a recommended place for a weekend getaway. The amount was also affordable. Facilities are well maintained and the rooms were properly cleaned and sanitized. Indeed! This is a great value for money overall. Thanks Ate Kat for making our stay one of our great trips. 😊
