    Value for money. Location near the bars in Jomtien complex. Beach not that far away. Unlike the beach front hotels not full of Chinese and Russians, who I find very rude

    Have stayed at Longstay many times. Staff are friendly and helpful at both hotel and cafe/bar/ swimming pool (seperate management). Have stayed at many hotels in many countries a lot of hotels elsewhere could take a lesson from the Longstay.

    The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite spacious and within a walking distance from the beach. For further destinations you can rent a motorbike cheaply (at the reception).

    Most of the staff were really nice and polite with the exception of one older male person on reception who shall remain nameless. We found his manner to be quiet terse. We loved the outdoor pool and the bar restaurant there. Loved the little balcony with each room. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very understanding as we needed a slightly late check out time on our last morning.
