    When we checked in they down graded us because of a mistake with the booking. Then when we got to the room it was not made: leftover food, unmade bed... again, there had been a mistake in the system and they sent us to the wrong room. Then they fixed it sending us to the room we had booked. Staff at the breakfast restaurant were very nice.

    i basically was moved 3 times to different rooms... the service was apalling. nobody seemd to know what they were doing

    very comfortable room - the bed was lush!!. staff very friendly. I left an item in my room and arrangements to get this returned to me sorted out with no problems. was attending an event at the hotel, food was good and facilities were excellent.

    We stayed here to celebrate my husband's 40th birthday. At the last minute, we ended up taking our 6 year old son with us. The hotel was excellent about changing the reservation and were very kind and accommodating. Further, the hotel staff (Tomas and Cassandra) went out of their way to make my husband's birthday weekend fantastic. We received a hand written card under our door, a free cheesecake, a small toy for our son, and an artist's rendition of the Beatles (my husband's favorite). The service and hospitality were excellent. The breakfast was delicious. It is pricey but par for the course in London. I would definitely return to this hotel!
