    Breakfast is not freshly made. The shower has defective heater. Request for an extra pillow did not arrive on time. You have to make a follow up after 3 hrs

    I like the design and interiors of the hotel.. its really colorful and elegant and just beautiful..it uplifts your mood. I was impressed with their Chopard toiletries.

    The rooms are quaint and whimsical. The bathroom is tiny but clean. There was hot water.

    Breakfast was good and not forgetting the ambience. The décor was so lovely both receiving area to the room and the dining area. Overall, the staff are courteous and very attentive.
