    Wow-this is such a great place to stay. The view is spectacular. We couldn't believe our eyes at the beginning. You will have an own Suite with everything you need and more. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Definitly the best stay during our Trip through Taiwan.

    We stayed at Sam's house for one night in August. The staff were very helpful. They kindly took our luggage to our room, and the view from the room was fantastic. We could see the harbour and the city. The bed was comfortable, and the facility exceeded my expectation (e.g. fast Wi-Fi, two TVs, tea, coffee, fridge, laundry service and sofa). We will come stay again.

    The room is very high tech, beautiful view, with two bedrooms built into the suite. VIP services are immaculate and the concierge running the VIP lounge is very informative. Wish I would have had more time to actually visit Kaohsiung.

    Room is complete with entertainment facility. Have 2 TVs for internet PC and cable. Room size is big compare to other place.

    The staff was really friendly and gave us a lot of information and a very nice and delicious welcome gift. The room was huge, clean and really comfortable. The view from the 26th. floor was awesome. Next time we will definitely stay here again. I can only recommend this place!

    Value for money. Upgraded to Level 35 and the view of the wharf is excellent.

    The service was beyond what I could expect... even though they could not speak English (they used google translate which was fine) the were very attentive. The VIP lounge with pleasant music, cookies, tea, coffee is a nice touch, as well the the laundry room (with free to use washing and drying machine). The room comes with all amenities needed plus a computer and sound system. When I wanted to stay another night they were fully booked due to Taiwan national day, the concierge guy went beyond his way to help and arrange me with an alternative accommodation in the form of an alternate room in the same building, when it was almost impossible to book anything else for a reasonable price in the city. Really good deal!
