    Staff was amazing, I could contact the person in charge direct through WhatsApp even through there was no phone in the villa and she made sure she got someone to attend to my needs. Located in a good place with food around you in the day and approx 7-10mins walk to the streets. I requested for late check out at 4pm and didn't even have to pay for it. I loved every bit of this villa! Will definitely come back!

    we love the kitchen n dinning area that it oversees the pool so staying with family with kids it’s a breeze.

    hello, the location of the property was not easy, as its in a by lane of a lane ,so if we had to get a tuk tuk, it was quite a walk to the main road. the property was very nice, but had issues, eg, there are no doors to the bathroom which is fine ,but there are glass partitions and not being used to the same ,i got hurt on the forehead, so they need to put a blind so as to add privacy while bathing at the same time be aware that its not an exit place. the cleanliness was not upto the mark,i t felt sticky after mopping. in fact,1 night a rat entered the villa, and we were not sure where it was hiding, and also saw cockroaches. it was difficult communicating with the housekeeping staff, and in the bargain much of the work was left undone. the host Nam, was exceptionally helpful. she would arrange transportation etc on call any time.thank you Nam. overall a good holiday for us ladies of the family.

    The Villa is beautiful and in a very quite area but only 10 minutes walk to the bars , Restaurant in Karon. Very relaxing in top quality accommodation we where sorry to have to leave.

    Fresh fruit and water on arrival. All staff were friendly and polite. Katie (host) was fantastic. High quality decor and furniture Spotless and clean. Pool was immaculate. Would highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

    We loved everything about this place! The pool was beautiful, we got fresh fruit delivered and cold waters were in the fridge for our arrival! I can’t recommend this place enough! We travelled with our 4 children and it was perfect in every way. Thank you!

    Nam the Villa Manager was AMAZING..if it wasn't for her a lot of small things would have ruined the holiday. The pool was cleaned daily and lovely. The lounge was nice and comfortable. The main tv was not working but Nam sorted everything out and we had a new tv in the living room the next day. The location was really good in that it was a 10 minute hill walk to the main street. Karon Temple markets 10 minutes down the hill. Beds made everyday. Changed every 3rd day. The restaurant just up the hill was great for lunch and dinner (not that cheap but tasty!)
