La buena atención de Kiki y su simpatía. Se desvive por sus clientes. Buena atención de todo el personal em general. Las vistas desde el resort, tanto desde la zona de Recepción (terraza de desayuno) como desde la casa. Atardecer precioso El desayuno es muy abundante y bueno aunque caro. Ambiente tranquilo, de clientes adultos Hay restaurantes muy buenos muy cerca Las playas de esta zona son una maravilla

We stayed there for 1 night, booked the room in the morning and arrived there late afternoon. Despite we didn't know the exact time of our arrival, the host was extemely flexible and helpful. There was a great recommended restaurant to visit just 15 minutes walk away, the panorama was great and the room is light and big enough for 2 people, furthermore the bed was comfortable. Really enjoyed staying there, I would recommend everyone!

The location is superb. With a room at the "front", overlooking the bay, and a capacious balcony, it was a real delight. Breakfast was very Greek (plentiful fruit and yoghurt) , and very nice. Getting to the location is just a bit tricky, partly because of the very steep roads. Once there, however, it is worth the trip. There is good parking facility.

Kiki was extremely nice, giving us lots of information about the area and tips on how to reach Balos beach She went the extra mile giving us a coffe machine to keep in our room for a sweet early weak up on the next morning. She was simply lovely. The location of her hotel is perfect, with parking and very good restaurants nearby. Would surely return on our next trip! Thanks Kiki, its beautiful what you do!

All, lovely romantic place, awesome staff. Great sunset views from mountain slope of the place point. Nice and clean rooms and mainly superb area with hiking or swimming opportunities

Nice view over the sea, we have seen some of the most beautiful sunsets. The hosts are very friendly and helpful.

Amazing view of the whole Phalasarna Bay. Quiet. Clean. Owner very punctual and communicative. Happy to recommend activities around and to suggest a good tavern. Beach is 2 km by car. It is on a steep hill so walking is not an option. The beach is amazing! So are Balos and Elafonisi. I recommend boat trip to Balos.

Room was big and confortable The place is lovely with lots of nice details Homemade Jam Kiki was a fantastic host and waited for us in Kissamos at 1AM for the check in!
