    Staff was so friendly, specially we were well received by Miss May. And she provided fantastic services as we liked it. Even we have used McDelivery through them for my kid and they were so helpful. I would like to come back again in KC Beach Club

    I was very impressed with the pool access room floor with the spa inclusions etc. I loved the daily buffet breakfast. It was enjoyable to relax and I'd like to thank Palm and May for their generous service and welcomed me into the hotel. I will definitely recommend this hotel to all families, couples etc as it is central to all the restaurants, bars etc. Chaweng is the main place to be in Koh Samui. Thanks KC Beach :)

    Breakfast okay if you stay a few days, but if you stay longer you run out of choices. No ham or cheese at the buffet unfortunately but you can ask for it. The hotel room was great and not much to complain about. Good AC and nice balcony. Both pools were really nice and good for swimming. I have read here that some found the first pool at the room area outdated, we however thought it was a good and nice pool for swimming but indeed not many people were hanging out there.

    Outstanding staff who made our stay so much more personal and pleasant. Great location. When we stayed it was quiet so it was good for us, I suspect that if full it’d get a little noisy

    Staff is really friendly, they will help you with everything. The hotel is trying to get it's raids up so they offer you free stuff for a good recommendation! Be aware of that when you read the reviews.

    We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and it was nice and excluded, the hotel was very quiet around this season but it was nice to have a bit of quiet time especially town was so busy. The staff was lovely. Meen, palm, beer, kreang, jack, jeera and May thank you for making us feel welcome from the moment we check in to when we check out.

    The perfect hotel for honeymoon holiday! The team is just wonderful! Thank you May, Meen, Jeera, Jack, Kreang, Beer, Palm and Boy!! You all always smile and ready to help and answer any question.. We are going to miss this team and this hotel.. We got a room with a beautiful view to the ocean. As well, the team cover our bed with flowers :) The Israeli guests have to know that "Habad" is really close (5 minutes from the hotel) and the great team of the hotel helped us with "shabat". Hope we will come back soon!

    It was a lovely hotel, great location, very friendly helpful staff especially May Meen Jeera Palm Jeak Kreang who was very knowledgable and sweet when she checked us in and showed us to our room.
