    The room was very spacious with all the facilities one can expect, enough and more storage space, huge king size bed, work table and the best part was the huge bathroom with washing counter, bath tub, bath cubicle, etc with all the toiletries well stocked. The room was very well maintained. The staff were very courteous, warm and welcoming .. be it at the reception, lobby, dining, spa, etc. The hotel is connected to Plaza Indonesia and just 5-10mins walk away from Grand Indonesia mall. The hotel has a dedicated staff of blue/gold bird cab company, which makes it easy to book cab.

    The staff was genuinely attentive. They catered to our every need and beyond anything we expected. My wife came a day after me, I was not able to be there for her birthday and so the staff organised a birthday surprise with her in the room. It was really touching!
