    Habitaciones amplias y cómodas. Muy limpio. Mobiliario moderno y nuevo. Cama muy comoda. En la 7 planta hay un bar que se está muy bien por la nocje para tomar unos cócteles y no es caro. Smart tv en la habitación.

    I appreciate that they fetch me at the seaport upon arrival, but the car service to the airport was a bit costly (700 php for one person).

    Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good shower and the best beds so far in 20 years Philippine hotels. Even breakfast is okay and the buffet on Saturday evening can be very tasty.

    The staff at the front desk and restaurant are very helpful and kind... and the concierge service is great too. Couldn't ask for more. Kudos.

    Room 503 : very clean, spacious, everything needed including safe, bottles of water every day, WIFI working very well. Bar is pleasant on the 7th floor. All staff extremely polite and pleasant, even if we had many questions. Staff at reception took care of renting a scooter for us, booked the shuttle for us to go to seaport. Breakfast has a good assortment of Asian and some European food. We had the buffet on Saturday night and it was excellent. We also enjoyed the animation (due to Chinese New Year). All in all, a very pleasant stay !

    Omg, quality toilet paper !! Also flat screen Samsung TV, bed was extra comfortable, aircon icy cold, staff where excellent and very respectful to my filipina girlfriend. Breakfast was a good variety of food and the brewed coffee was excellent. The food on room service menu was exceptional.

    The staff was incredibly helpful, my girlfriend had a motorbike accident and thanks to the help of the staff it was easier to treat her and arrange everything. The room was great as well and so was the restaurant of the hotel. I liked the free shuttle to the port as well.

    La zona de recepción/lobby daba gusto a los ojos al entrar. El hotel ofrece un ambiente minimalista. La habitación es amplia, muy limpia, y tiene un ambiente "agradable". La ropa de cama y toallas huelen bien.
