    La ubicación es perfecta, un barrio encantador y muy cerca de la estación. Propietarios muy amables pero poco efectivos.

    La atención, muy cordial en todo momento. Me han resuelto todas las necesidades que se me presentaron. El desayuno completo con varias cosas que elegir. Toda la estancia en general. Cerca del metro "Kew Gardens Station".

    The Spanish guy who let us in was friendly and extremely helpful. He helped us move the furniture round, helped us make tea, and worked hard to resolve problems. He was great to chat to. Location was good. The bed didn't collapse during the night.

    There’s quite a lot of bad reviews on this website which I think are really not accurate. It’s great value for money. Yes (although I never heard any myself) it’s near an airport you will hear planes that’s not the hotel that’s the flight path! It’s very clean, the bathroom was extremely high standard clean. It felt homely it smelt fresh. I’m very fussy when it comes to hotels ect due to personal reasons so comfort is a top priority of mine and it was probably one of the most relaxed homely places I’ve stayed. If you want luxury then pay for luxury if you want a clean comfort affordable overnight stay then it’s perfect. The owner is really lovely too. The location is great we went to A wedding in Kew Gardens which was walking distance. I would stay again.
