    The lady receptionist was helpful but rushed off her feet. Constantly answering enquiries, queries and trying to check us in. Our luggage was left to be taken to our room but it did not arrive. We went back to reception, the security man watching, and we literally took the cases to our room without any questions being asked. Our son and daughter in law were handed keys to our room in error, their cases were left in the corridor outside our room. Anyone could have taken their luggage.

    Nice location, but the hotel was smaller than I expected. The rooftop was nice, but we did not like the neighborhood as good as Westwood were we lived for 6 nights before.

    Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Great rooftop pool bar with view over LA. A well kept secret even the locals didn’t know about.

    Very nice staff. Complimentary continental breakfast and rooftop bar / restaurant. Rooms are comfortable and a good size with nice bath products.

    The chicken I had for room service was excellent but the greens alongside were too salty. Overall the food was excellent.

    Plenty of shower gel/shampoo. Free coffee/tea in the morning (and coffee very good too)
