    All is great, money spent worth with complimentary bar and drink services. Staffs are friendly and detailed. Room is clean and got upgraded to larger room.

    The hotel provide 24hours snack drink bar and there is a supper buffet every night. Given a free upgrade and the room is spacious enjoy the stay

    My preferred hotel whenever I am in Kaoshiung. The rooms are comfortable, the free supper and the 24-hr snack and coffee area which provide a very good meeting place to gather and talk while enjoying the ice-cream, coffee and cakes provided

    Location was excellent- so close to MRT station. Staff were very helpful and someone could always speak English. The laundry was a priority for us and instructions were in English, with handy little bottles of laundry powder. It was free and easy to use. They had lots of little personal touches that made me feel at home. We enjoyed the food, with a mix of western and Chinese options. The Ice-cream and dessert bar was a hit. We would consider this hotel chain again and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
