    The place is Beautiful, really burmese mood!! The breakfast is really good, you can have coffe tea and water for free every moment and towels!we loved That place! Paivi is super and she suggests lot of good things to do around the place! I’ll suggest for sure to everyone family, couple and friends!

    It is amazing traditional house placed in quiet alley nearby small beautiful beach which wasn't overcrowded as the large ones. Brilliant staff, spacious and simple rooms with all you need to enjoy lovely holidays on the beach, very tasty breakfast, many good places around to eat with both Western and Myanmar cuisine. And we received all possible info about Ngapali and its secret spots. We love Kipling's Bay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

    This place is an absolute hidden gem. Amazing fantastic and overall superb. The beach is a 3 minute walk and it’s so peaceful and has excellent beach huts for food and drink. I can not rate the accommodation highly enough.

    The property is like a hidden gem inside the amazing Ngapali resort. The house and the garden has its unique atmosphere and you can feel here even better and much more relaxed than on a luxurious spa resorts. The food for the breakfest is carefully chosen every morning. Beautifull beach is very near the house a few minutes away. The host is absolutely amazing. Miss Paivi will provide any info you need. This is the place i could recommend to anyone i know!!!

    The sweetest b&b in Ngapali with friendly staff. A unique experience sleeping in a typical myanmar house with beautifull garden. The owner is a lovely lady from Finland who will do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A b&b run with love :))

    I loved everything about the place - the room was spacious and very clean, the view of the garden is amazing and the breakfast is a great chance to try local and very delicious food! The staff was very kind and helpful all the time! 2 minutes walking distance and you are at the beach, which feels like a paradise! I would love to come back!
