    La zona llena de restaurantes, a 5 minutos de tokyo station caminando, habitación justa, normal en Japón, pero comoda y el baño bien equipado con amenity suficientes y todo para la ducha Excelente wifi

    The hotel is in a brilliant location if you want the full experience of the busy, crazy, foodie city that is Osaka. It's very near the main railway station and just by a network of arcades full of bars and restaurants. Despite its busy environment the rooms are really quiet and dark so no sleeping problems. The room was clean and comfortable, fairly small though usual for Japan and well priced. Staff were helpful. There isn't a restaurant or bar but there's a Tully's coffee shop in the lobby area plus many other cafes nearby.

    Beautiful hotel with quite spacious rooms! The bed was quite large and very comfortable - we had the best sleep our whole trip at this hotel. The housekeeping was very good - each day it looked like we just checked in again! There’s lots of convenience stores near by and just behind the hotel is a tonne of restaurants. About a 10 min walk to the station so very convenient

    The receptionist are very friendly and helpful. The room is clean, spacious and complete with all amenities. The location is very good, close to the Osaka train station and very very close to the business district. The kimono (for sleeping) is beautiful

    There are many restaurants next to the hotel and the staff are very helpful.

    A business hotel, not a great area. Beds were rock hard, we didn't sleep for three nights. Rooms were clean and as expected. Movies were avaliable to rent in English.

    I did not have breakfast. Easy access exit 10 from the underground Eastern Corridor. Above ground harder to find from Osaka station.
