    A large older house that has been filled with lots of quirky pieces, of the period, by the owners. Very comfortable and a fun place to stay. It can accommodate varying sizes of guest parties in its numerous bedrooms.

    Everything. Hosts were marvellous. Facilities were outstanding. Superb spread provided for breakfast. Excellent location.

    Felt very welcome from start to end. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed having our own living area too and not confined to one bed room. All extra's were beyond what we expected with facilities such as Tea, coffee, fruit, fridge with snacks, and we were able to stay a little later than check out said. Within walking distance for concert at Ormeau Park.

    Warm welcome in arrival and a great balance between making me feel at home while giving me the privacy and freedom to come and go as I pleased. Lovely, comfortable room and Clare could not have been nicer. Highly recommended!

    We were a group of 5 in a double and triple room with a large shared bathroom. The house is lovely. We wanted to move in. We were served a big pot of tea and when we arrived. We enjoyed the self service breakfast. We didn't know Belfast but were delighted with location. It's just off Ormeau Road with lots of choice for food.

    great location convenient for town and quiet Hosts Clare and Barry lovly and friendly couldnt do enough for us we had use of our own private lounge and there was ample supplies of food and drink provided and a convenient fridge also we would love to return to Belfast and hopefully we can stay at Knockbreda house again Fiona and Richard from Waterford
