    The room is very clean and comfortable, especially sea view window from bedroom and balcony :) The swimming pool and gym are great, very nice sea view. Mr.Ben is very friendly, helped us to buy the tickets back to Bangkok and likely to drive us to the bus station . Thank you very much Mr.Ben :) Highly recommened and will book here again when we visit Pattaya :)

    Never seen better host that Ben is. Location in silent area,friendly staff and quick elevators and amazing view from 30th floor. I have only good memories.

    For us to have a room on 30th floor with balcony and almost floor to ceiling windows was amazing. The view on the beach and sunset. The pool on 5th floor was nice and refreshing. We used their option to rent a motorbike which was quick, easy and hustle free. They also had 2 air conditioners, one above the bed and other in the kitchen. We only used the one in the kitchen as it did the job.

    first check in was easy and fast. ben was waiting for me in the gate of the building. and upgraded ,me to a 30 floor apartment with better view of the sea and the city. and some nice sunset you can actually see from the balcony ben was there to help with everything i asked and needed the apartment had lovely view from balcony and even from the bed you sleep in. clean with 2 a/c i just loved it all. the complex is luxury and beautiful.very clean pool and garden area small gym. best value for money .there isnt really abad thing i can say its just worth it .and very good prices. the location for me was very good just next to jomiten beach not near the noise and hustle of center pattaya however you can get to pattaya center easy and cheap with the local bahat taxi for 20 bahat you will get there. i would recommend it totally thanks for anice relaxing stay

    Nice little condo with very nice common areas. Large pool, gym and parking. 50 m from the beach.

    Понравился тихий район, бассейн, хозяева, которые встретили вне времени регистрации заезда. Рядом с квартирой имеется все необходимое.

    Всё хорошо. Нам понравилось. В стоимость входит отличный бассейн. В комнате неплохая звукоизоляция. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха.
