    Our host Philippe was extremely welcoming and helpful in ensuring we had everything we needed for our stay. The room was beautiful and location couldn’t get any better. The sea was only a few steps away and was perfect for swimming and snorkelling. I would highly recommend to friends!

    Attention to detail in all aspects. Excellent snorkeling right off the property. Super gazebo on the beach overlooking Bali. Enjoyed conversation over dinner with Philippe, our host. Food and wine were superb value. One fast boat pier within walking distance. Highly recommended.

    It's best place for relax and contemplation but may be in the morning you'll need earplugs because of birds. And now I know that a omelet on Bali must be without cheese)) Philippe, thanks indeed!

    Beautiful view and so close to the beach (50meters?). Beds are comfortable. Very generous breakfast.

    Kubu Ganesh is the perfect place to start your adventure trip to explore the island. The owner knows the island very well and gives good and practical tips. If you are tired from all the bali hustle and have no energy for any more exploring it’s still a really good spot to refuel because you’re so close to a really nice beach where you can have a swim or go snorkeling whenever you want to.

    Staying at Kubu Ganesh was an absolute pleasure. The room and facilities were exactly what we needed and the location was amazing. We really enjoyed the food and having a snorkeling spot right outside was a treat. The scooter we could conveniently rent from the property was in great working condition. Phillipe is an excellent host who really helped us explore the island and get off the beaten track. He welcomed us personally at the ferry (also ask him to arrange that for you! He got us a great deal). We also found a great night market thanks to him. If you take the time to have a juice with him and let him introduce you to the island, the time is well worth it! Finally - it is clear that Phillipe has attempted to be environmentally sustainable in his business and Bali really could do with more of this.
