    La ubicación, aunque cualquier hotel de Ngapali tiene buena ubicación por tratarse de un pueblo con sólo una carretera principal

    - The staff was very polite, kind and helpful - I liked the room; it was really beautiful and clean and had the ocean and palm trees view from my bed! (It was an upgraded one that I got offered and accepted upon arrival)

    The hotel is definitely good value for money. My room was clean and quiet. At first,there was something wrong with ac,but the manager gave me another room immediately. Breakfast were good, as well as dishes on the menu. The manager was most helpful! It was my fault that I overlooked the payment method on booking.com and didn't have enough cash. But the manager said it's not a big deal and I paid later. Besides,I got a really bad sunburn,so he even took me to a few shops to look for cream. I really appreciate his help!

    Amazing hotel,helpful stuff,we had problems with our bank card,and hotel manager has helped us with paying for everything in$. Absolutely cozy and clean rooms, tasty breakfast, good atmosphere, and perfect location, just 1 minute walk from the beach. All rooms with garden view and have sky bar. We are in love with this place

    Hotel is positioned in front one of the best section of long sandy beach. View front the dining area. The rooms are semi clean.

    The hotel is located very close to the beatiful beach - 15 sec walk (they dont have direct acces but it isnt a problem). The staff is really nice and helpfull. There is a lot of shops and restaurants around.

    Todo es bueno. Habitación limpia con todo lo que puedas necesitar. El personal es amable. El desayuno es realmente bueno: muy buen sabor con mucha variedad. Maravillosa ubicación cerca de buena playa.
