    The breakfast was excellent, hosts very friendly. Modern, cool place to stay. Close to train station and close to the centre of town. If you are coming to Sienna / Tuscany, book this place and be at ease, very nice, very comforting and very welcoming - great value.

    The best place to stay in Siena. Niccolo was so nice and helpful. He gave us great tips about the city. The room was so spacious, clean and well decorated. The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful yet it is 5 minutes walk to the city center. We will definitely come back.

    We had a wonderful stay in this BnB! It is a brand new place with very stylisch and practical interior design. The location is perfect to discover Siena by foot. We parked the car at the train station parking garage ( 2€/day - 12 min walk or 6 min with the bus). This was all perfect. What makes the place even more special is the amazing care of the hosts. Niccoló and his wife mad us feel welcome from the beginning. He gave us a lot of background information and tips what to do in the beautiful city. We highly recommend this place and if coming to Siena again, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the great stay!!

    Their B&B is safe, immaculate, quiet, and air conditioned. The WiFi works great. Nicolle and Serena (proprietors) are wonderful, helpful people in all respects. When we arrived, Nicolle met our taxi with a huge smile and carried our bags to our room. They had great recommendations for places to visit during our stay: dinner, lunch, wineries, cooking classes and navigating the city. Breakfast was homemade and the coffee and espresso was hot and to our liking. When we return to Siena, we will definitely rebook with these fine, friendly and professional proprietors.

    Everything about the property was great from the location, apartment interiors ( we loved the original features with a modern touch) , air conditioning, comfort and ease and to top it off the owners were wonderful and so friendly.

    We fell in love with Siena right away. The city is beautiful, clean, relaxed and has so much to offer. Our host was amazing and made us feel at home instantely, gave great suggestions (food, drinks and area). With great pride of his city he enthousiastically shared historical context and told interesting stories about the Palio, which we learned is so much more than 'just' a horse race. The B&B itself is amazing, combining the old details and new design, clean, spacious room and in walking distance of all the highlights. Breakfast was good, loved the homemade pie (compliments to grandmama).

    The hosts Niccolo and Serena were amazing!! They were kind, thoughtful and approachable, and had great knowledge and recommendations of Siena and the region of Tuscany. The property, location and the amenities were perfect for our stay. Niccolo was also very easy to contact before, during and after our booking for any information we needed. The breakfasts were also generous and home cooked.

    Fresh, modern room design in traditional building. High ceilings and big windows with view of Siena rooftops. Very clean and fresh with all amenities including towels and toiletries. Comfortable bed, hot shower, TV and nice relaxing area on mezzanine level. Helpful to have both heating controls and Air conditioner in room. Perfect size and layout for a couple. Delicious and generous breakfast in shared dining area. Manager Niccolo was very friendly and helpful, providing map of local tourist attractions in Siena with accurate advice including some great local restaurant recommendations. Good location to access all of Siena on foot. Highly recommended, would definitely stay here again. Christa & Bryn (UK)

    The hosts are most gracious. They have converted a floor in an old building into a lovely space. The breakfast is good and generous. Very helpful and communicative and ready with a list of recommendations. Good location. Close to Piazza Gramscia where the buses drop you off.
