    tHE PHOTO SHOWN ONLINE SHOWS THAT THE PLACE, THE ROOM ARE NICE AND COMFORTABLE TO STAY WITH BUT ITS NOT. WE WERE DECEIVED BY THE PICTURE ONLINE. QUITE DISSAPPOINTED WHEN I REACH THE PLACE. tHE ONLY CONSOLATION IS THAT THE STAFF attending to us is very nice.

    The AC is broken the photos of the room on there file is different when you get there, the price it says on the confirmation email that the final amount is excluded of other charges but when we arrive the confirmation amount is different on the asked price that we need to pay, the Wi-Fi connection is weak and my husbond need to put chairs in the balcony door due to the door is not safe and the window in the CR cant be locked and no cable on the TV the phone in the room is just a props because theres no number that we can dial to ask assistance we need to use our own phones and load to contact the owner which is hassle due to the phone signal is weak when your inside the premise and most of all theres no menu for food and too far from attractions.

    the rooms were nice and comfortable as we expected. overall our stay is good and the place is excellent for a family staycation. the location is very good becoz it's near to almost all of the tourist spot 😊

    The Staffs were very friendly and welcome us warmly. Their very approachable. Our Room was good for our Family of 8 and the kids Enjoy their first staycation together. This place is good. Thank you for your hospitality and Nice Breakfast😊

    The water was thankfully strong and the toilet was flushing! And it was near our event for the day! The breakfast was okay didn’t expect much for it. Thank God for these small mercies..

    Las habitaciones huelen bien y tienes una buena vista de la plantación de Piña pero no es bueno salir al balcón como dije muchas hormigas crawljng...... Es su Buen desayuno sin embargo no tienen coordinación amo g cosas thwir. Programé el desayuno a las 9 y esperé 45 mins para que sirvieran.
