    Less than 5 minutes walk from the train station. Lovely host, great rooms and overall stunning experience. Heartily recommended.

    We loved our time in Oudenaarde! Wim was so great! The breakfast was delicious and he also recommended a great restaurant in the town. We also later found out that there is a Tour de Flanders museum nearby which was a huge bonus for my husband.

    The accommodation was more like a family big house, which suits my large family needs perfectly. The rooms and the space we were given were farr more bigger than what I expected. The garden is perfect for families with children as there were a lot of activities prepared for them to do as well as feeding the beautiful chickens... The owner was very kind and made us feel like we are at home, also interacted with the children a lot trying to keep them busy while us the parents were having a cheeky afternoon cup of coffee with some cakes. Can't wait to go there again, definitely recommend the place...

    Excellent service from the friendly owner of this small family owned hotel, which is housed in a newly renovated and charming building that used to be part of the Manor next door. Nice, modern, clean and stylish rooms, excellent breakfast. Even gluten free bread for breakfast catered for. At our late arrival at 2 am the owner assisted us in parking our boat trailer free of charge. Its three (or four?) rooms holds up to nine guests. Very well suited for families or groups of friends for a couple of days or just for a stay overnight while driving. It is a bit off the beaten track, and you need to drive 10 minutes from/to the motorway. Wile the Belgian turn of 19th century house like its next-door Manor is a bit quirky in a positive sense and a thrill for the architecturally interested, it may not be well suited for wheelchair users.

    Ideale locatie waardoor het centrum van Oudenaarde op loopafstand bereikbaar is en er zijn veel fietsmogelijkheden in de regio. Prima locatie om ook het Centrum de Ronde van Vlaanderen te bezoeken, we kregen hiervoor nog kortingskaarten van de eigenaar van de B&B. Vriendelijke eigenaar. Heerlijk ontbijt. Bijzondere kamer.

    Zeer uitgebreid en meer dan voldoende stevig ontbijt. Evenals op het afgesproken uur. Leuke flexibiliteit van de gastheer.
