    One stay before dropping off the rental car. Lovely modern hotel. Very friendly staff. nice to have free water,coffee and snacks in the foyer. Breakfast was quick and easy and nice to have that included. The rooms were spacious, had a nice bright bathroom and excellent wifi. Parking was easy and free and only a short drive to the airport and also there are lots of supermarkets and restaurants close by. Our kids got a free shuttle to downtown as they stayed a little longer so that was nice for the hotel to offer that as free service as well as a free shuttle to the airport. Everything was above expectation and would definitely recommend this a fantastic place to stay.

    The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The curtains did a good job of blackening the room with the sun setting so late. The hot breakfast was delicious with items like eggs, bacon, and sausage. Since we had an early flight, this hotel was in a great location close to the airport. The staff was very helpful in ordering the van to the airport at 4 a.m. and the young man who drove us to the airport was right on time and very courteous.

    The location to the airport was fine and there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The very friendly young man responsible for the breakfast.

    Staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was great. Breakfast was good. Shuttle to and from the airport which came in handy for us.

    Although La Quinta was not in the centre of Downtown, the staff were very helpful about transfers in and out of townm, whenever we wanted to go. We really enjoyed talking to the staff - all were very helpful (Betty runs a tight ship!!) The comment on value for money does not reflect this hotel in particular - Anchorage was just very expensive in general! That's just an Alaska thing ;-) The room was really comfortable - great comfortable bed! Funny bathroom positioning, but remodelled and all very nice (brown decor seems to be the thing in the north! haha) We would recommend La Quinta to anyone, and would stay there again!! ****

    We were given an early check in by Betty who was very helpful. Free shuttle to pick us up at the airport which was very efficient.
