I really enjoyed my living in La Seine，I like the design of every room and facilities. The shampoo smells very nice. The most important is that crew team is perfect. They know what you need and really take care of you. Every time you come into La Seine , you could hear wonderful music in Lobby with a big smile from the reception. Thank you guys! -

This hotel is just excellent in everything, the staff are incredibly nice and know how to serve, the room is unbelievably clean, and the mattress is very very comfy. I’ve stayed in some other 5 and 4 star hotels in Vientiane but they will never reach this kind of Thanks for everything and make my stay incredible, you definitely will see me soon! -

Big thank you to Ms.Aon and other staffs for all the help. Ms.Aon was extremely welcoming and friendly, because I was injured in a motorbike accident when I was checking in, she upgraded us to a better room so I can have a more comfortable stay, she even arranged room service for us as it was hard for me to head downstairs to have breakfast, this hotel is also super luxurious and beautifully decorated, thank you so much for everything. Highly recommended!
