    Amazing hotel, with a very nice staff. Everything was great, even we got a bigger room with balcony than what we booked. Breakfast is also very good. For this price I never expected something amazing like that. Je recommande fortement

    This is my second time coming back to this hotel. What kept me here is the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff. They pay attention to every little detail such as preparing coffee for guests to take away on business trips, preparing goodnight chocolate cake, bringing fruits dessert even though it's a buffet breakfast (guests can stand up to get it by themselves) ) ... all are taken care of in a very family way. Besides, the Skybar of the hotel has a beautiful view, luxurious, reasonable price (not too expensive compared to the central location), very suitable for business meetings.

    The staff were excellent! Very hospital and helpful, they could not do enough for you! The room was super clean and well equipped! The location was superb, right on Hoan Kiem Lake and close to all the attractions! The hotel arranged the pick up service for uns before hand, so we did not have to worry about getting to the hotel from the airport. Best of all, the staff helped with booking our adventure trips to Halong Bay, Lan Hà Bay and also Ninh Binh. A big thank you to all the lovely staff at La Sinfonia del Rey hotel. We will definitely be coming back!

    Great Location, walking distance from all of the Old Town shops, restaurants, night market, etc. Lots of massage spas in walking distance. Room was nice, and very modern.

    The hospitality at this hotel was exceptional! The staff were friendly, kind and professional catering to every need. The hotel is stunning and is in an ideal location. The rooms are elegant and beautiful with lovely products to use, the indulgence of breakfast in bed and all the comforts you may need. We had the most wonderful stay!

    The hospitality in this Hotel is among the best we ever experienced. The desire to do well and put the customer in focus couldn‘t be any stronger. We used this as the home base for our trip around Vietnam and we felt very much at home each time we would come back. After only few weeks of operations, you could already feel how all of the staff received consistent training and shows a great attitude with a refreshing flexibility. Location is perfect, rooms are impeccable, breakfast a highlight, the roof-top bar amazing. Congratulations to the General Manager and the whole staff!
