    La amabilidad del personal. La decoración es muy bonita. Pudimos dejar el equipaje en la habitación y darnos una ducha a las 20h antes de coger el tren a Sapa a pesar de haber hecho el check out.

    Ladybug lies a bit retreated from the road, which made it a very quiet place to sleep, very pleasant. Rooms were very nice and clean, beds comfortable. Good bathroom and mini-bar. The atmosphere was very relaxed, the ladies nice.

    Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. We were treated to traditional Mooncakes and tea for the mid autumn festival celebrations. Lovely plants and great breakfast daily. Just a beautiful pace to stay. The ambiance of the accommodation has a tranquility about it.

    Classic style and very welcome People. Very close to the center the hotel is in a traditional vietnamese street. We reccomend staying few nightclub to enjoy local culture and food :)

    really clean, comfy and friendly accommodation. can recommend for 150%. the owner is so nice. du to I didn't like the Vietnamese hot breakfast, they made me western breakfast with scrambled eggs, bread and marmalade. love them...thumbs up for that oasis in a hectic and noisy city...:-)

    Extremely well priced and a very good location. Situated down a small safe alleyway so the rooms are very quiet at night. A family run boutique. Breakfast was a tasty Vietnamese dish prepared fresh. Owner organised a day trip to Ha Long Bay for us, and rang the tour company to enquire when collection was late. Excellent service, would definitely revisit!

    Amazing place with friendly staff, accommodation was very clean and close to the square. If you would like to a trip to Sapa or another, rent a scooter, the manager will arrange everything. I could recommend this place. Thank you

    Amazing host and staff. They are so lovely and always available to help. Rooms are lovely. The bathroom,specifically the shower is dreamy. Great location.
