We originally booked the Deluxe Room with Balcony but we were upgraded to Family Attic Room as they had issues with the room we booked. It was a generous gesture from Camille, the Front Desk Supervisor, who was also pretty and kind! The room was spacious as it is good for 4 pax and has a nice view of the garden. They provided toiletries (dental kit, soap, and shampoo w/ conditioner) and thick quality towels. The bed was comfy and airconditioning was sufficient. Bath has Ariston Heater and the toilet has a bidet. The breakfast was decent and their restaurant was instagrammable. :)

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating, they provided us with everything we asked for, except for the shower cap which they didn't have. Even their OJTs were well trained. The Family Suite was very spacious. They also went out of their way to decorate the room for the birthday of one of our family members.

Value for money was great. The place is clean and nice. Their breakfast is delicious as well though lacking in choices.

The rooms are clean and spacious, the staff were friendly and courteous. Outside area gave good view and place to chill and take in beauty of nature. Perfect place to unwind and recharge. I plan to return.

We were truly impressed with the suite, food, staff and the view. We did not expect such a place considering the price. It is an excellent choice if you want to hide away from city noise and just relax. So against the typical, there is no pool (we did not go there for it so not a biggie) and was able to unplug from social media for a time. We bedded in room H / Love which has the greatest view of the lake so this is what I’d recommend others to take. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. There is garden that offers the best photo-opp. The resto gives a chic-antique look run by friendly staff who serves great food - food prices are reasonable against the quality and serving. My 3-yr old kept mumming “this is beautiful”. It is such a lovely place for our small family wanting to have a short break and relax from the tireness of the city! Highly recommendable if you just want to rest or be in the days where people just chat and catch up 👍

We love the entire hotel and location. Our room, Family Suite is huge, clean and over looking the lake. The restaurant, Tavern is well dressed up which made it so beautiful. It's also over looking the lake. The couches are so comfortable to sit on as well...Staff are courteous and accommodating. Over all, excellent place and happy and contented experience with The Lakeview Suites. Thank you for making our holy week vacation wonderful...See you again on Dec. 30 to January 01, 2020
