    Great surroundings, majestic place, beautiful exterior. Average interior (old look and feel). Bathrooms were brand new. Overall good experience and nice place.

    The hotel was a palace and hence looked good from outside. But the maintenance of hotel is pathetic. Room was stinking when we entered and had to ask to spray freshener in room. Furniture was not in good condition. Geyser was not working. We asked for bathroom slipper and they told it is out of stock. We were supposed to get complimentary fruit basket on arrival but had to ask for it multiple times and then got it by the evening. Tea water heater jug was stinking badly and had to ask for replacement. Swimming pool was not working. Not much option in menu for vegetarians though breakfast buffet was surprisingly good.
